Tatola takes a property listing link (Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket) and produces an AI-generated summary report — a score, pros and cons, area data, and estimated running costs — to help you prepare before viewing a property. By using Tatola, you agree to these terms.

Reports are generated by an AI model researching public sources and the listing page itself. They are not financial advice, legal advice, or a substitute for a RICS survey or a solicitor's conveyancing checks. Figures such as mortgage payments, stamp duty, and running costs are estimates based on generic assumptions, not a quote or a valuation. Always verify anything material — price, tenure, EPC, planning history, structural condition — with the agent or an appropriate professional before making an offer or exchanging contracts.

We build Tatola to be genuinely useful, and every report draws on public data sources, but AI-generated research can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any report.

Use Tatola for personal property research. Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape or automate bulk requests against the service, or use it in any way that disrupts it for other users. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for accounts or IP addresses that abuse the service.

Creating an account is free and only needed to save reports; sign-in uses a one-time emailed link rather than a password. You're responsible for keeping access to your own email account secure. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Tatola is free today. If a paid Pro tier launches, separate pricing, billing, and cancellation terms will apply to it, on top of these general terms.

The Tatola name, brand, and software belong to us. A report generated for you is yours to use for your own property research. Listing content (photos, descriptions, prices) referenced in a report remains the property of the relevant portal or agent —Tatola doesn't claim ownership of it.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tatola is not liable for any loss or damage arising from decisions made in reliance on a report, including financial loss connected to a property purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms or the service itself from time to time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
